SB International commissioned me to design their user guides for a new software system that will operate throughout their business – reporting on all aspects of their work and enabling them to remain in total control at all times. Following a tight set of brand guidelines (and learning how to use a highly complex system), the user guide also had to be translated across three languages – whilst remaining visually appealing to all those who would later use it.
